Edwin Macaraeg is born and raised in Lemoore, California with an older brother and one younger sister. He is currently married and has one child. As a recent graduate with a Masters of Art Degree from California State University of Fresno, he also worked as a Graphic Designer at the Henry Madden Library. He is currently working on a series called “The Disambiguation of Asian-American History”. This body of work may be seen as an example of allowing an individual to exploit events in history, as they are to be reinterpreted through a more sympathetic medium. Edwin has had work displayed through various galleries in Fresno, California, as well as The Chancellor’s Gallery at CSU Long Beach.
